BookThatApp was a perfect fit for our tour operations. I was able to offer tours with varying lengths in time, and have it assigned to a particular boat. So when someone booked a tour the time they chose was no longer available	App full of bugs!!!! We spent DAY trying to configure this. Terrible support. One of the worst I have every seen. They do not understand what customer service means!

Top quality app that delivers the needs of a schedule. I like the layout and simplicity of sesame and I would recommend it.	I have had lots of problems with this calendar. not user friendly. last 2 days customers have not been able to book sessions on the website the calendar pops up but the dates and tims wont load currently looking for other options for booking software
Fantastic app for booking appointments. And support was super helpful when I was having some trouble getting it all set up!	this app is messy. it double booked my clients, it also creates issues with booking for my clients. It does not prompt to enter contact info and it does not sync with my google account automatically like most other booking apps.

Love it! Works perfectly. Was skeptical at first after reading the negative reviews, but in reality more people need to report positive experiences. Five stars.	this app requires payment of $8/mo in order to access custom fonts, none of which are standard fonts you’re likely to be using already on your shopify theme.
Just what I needed! Unlike most Shopify apps, there is a lot of customization & features right out of the box! I am especially fond of the ability to display the events as a list instead of a calendar.	I am not sure about this APP, emailed them many times , with no support. I paid $7 a month for unlimited support. I get emails from them saying that they got my email, that is about it, I am giving them a thumbs down

I have been using this app to list events and provide ticketing. It is very easy to set up. I particularly like that you can link it directly to your Stripe account and take ticket payments with NO FEES. It’s amazing.	Very slow support, you have to send twice or three times emails in order to be answered. Online chat almost never works. The calendar doesn´t look exactly as advertised. It only works in English, if you want a spanish or international calendar this is not your app.
The app has been very helpful for my clients to organize their upcoming classes and give them an easy way to update and maintain without knowing any code! Had a few hiccups here and there but got excellent customer service and it was very helpful!	Stopped working, no response to our web designer’s message from 2 days ago and I just messaged as well. It looks like we have to find a new application for a calendar.

Simple and painless, this app (combined with Calendly) provides a nice streamlined way for clients to make their own bookings (saving everyone a lot of time)	I used this app to help me book custom clothing clients. It’s a great app however pricing is misleading. After 14 days I was charged the $4/mo fee but my payment processing and other booking options disappeared.
Thanks for the app! BookedUp has helped me be able to book appointments directly from my shopify website by seamlessly merging with my already existing Calendly account. Very happy!	Initially we had a little bit of trouble installing it because of the custom theme on our store, but Paul was really helpful

Been working with the Experience app now for a few months. They have been very responsive to our questions and have even had calls to understand our needs better. The app is developing rapidly and has many awesome features for selling your experiences	It doesn`t do much more than put a page on your store, like a product with a buy button, and they want 50 bucks a month for that? Dreamers.
Super events app & one of the only I found that links directly through shopify without any exterior system. It’s easy to use and provides a simple frontend event that our customers can easily navigate	The design looks great but the service completely failed. It’s complicated to set up and never actually worked. I made two tickets with the customer service team and received no solution. Both times they said they were looking into the issue and never got back

I currently have a 90 email thread open with them trying to sort out issues. Honestly, the app conflicts with literally any app on the store. It took a week trying to get it to work on the shoptimized theme and I’m still having issues…
