How to delete or decline all Google Calendar events while out of the office?

The out of office feature helps you to define particular slots of time or date when you will not be available in the office and any meeting request will be automatically declined. It will also decline all the existing events without you having to decline them individually one at a time. Here is how you do it :

  1. Open your Google Calendar and click on the day you want to take off.

  2. Choose the ‘Out of Office’ option.

  3. Type in the details i.e. date, time, description and an out-of-office message as a response to meeting request.

  4. Save the event.
