How to unify free/busy info from Google Calendars for multiple projects/calendars?
To allow people to see your availability status, you can use the free/busy feature provided by Google Calendar.
If the Calendar you are using has public access then follow these steps :
Open your Google calendar. On the left side, find the ‘My calendars’ slot. Select the particular calendar you want to share from the drop down list.
Click on the three dots nearby and select the ‘Settings and sharing’ option.
Under ‘Access Permissions’, check the box of ‘Make available to public’ and select the option ‘See only free/busy (hide articles)’.
If the Calendar you are using has access to some people, then follow these steps :
Open your Google calendar. On the left side, find the ‘My calendars’ slot. Select the particular calendar you want to share from the drop down list.
Click on the three dots nearby and select the ‘Settings and sharing’ option.
Under ‘Share with Specific People’ add the email addresses of the people you want to share you calendar with
In ‘Permissions’ click ‘See only free/busy (hide articles)’.
Press ‘Send’
