Free Scheduling Apps with Voting Polls

The app stores are packed with scheduling apps that are tailored to suit all possible needs of an enterprise ecosystem. There are many pocket friendly options as well. Some apps that are not entirely free have 30 days trial periods like GoToMeeting, and Zoho while there are many apps like Zoom that have a basic free plan along with several paid upgrades. Some of the best free scheduling softwares are listed below:

Polling system in doddle scheduling app

Calendly

Calendly lets you customize your meeting slots by providing details such as a 30-minute meeting or a round-robin, a group, or a one-on-one. It syncs with your calendars such as Google, Outlook, or Yahoo and keeps your timetable up to date. Your clients can then choose from these options to book a meeting or schedule an appointment. Calendly has three plans, a free Basic plan, a Premium for 8$ per month and a Pro for 12$ per month.

Woven

An entirely free web-based scheduling app is an excellent alternative to Doodle. This comprehensive package comes with all features you might want in a scheduling app. It also lets you hold your meetings through any meeting scheduling app you prefer. Woven offers a basic free plan and a 7 day free trial for their Premium subscription.

Meetingbird

The best part of this application is that one does not need a separate account for setting a meeting through Meetingbird. All you need is a Google account or an office 365 to schedule appointments here. There is a Meetingbird Chrome extension that is tandem with Gmail if you plan to use mails for scheduling. The app is also compatible with the video conferencing app Zapier. Meetingbird is a completely free application.

Calendar

The Calendar has a very detailed dashboard where it shows all meeting analytics in an organized statistical presentation. It tracks everything from meeting durations to no of attendees and missed meetings. What’s more, it even shows who you are most likely to have a meeting with based on previous records. Calendar has a basic free plan that covers several features of the app.

Rally

Just like Doodle, this application lets you create a voting poll to decide the best time for the majority of your employees and even lets them comment and discuss the time slot that fits best for everyone. With its user-friendly and intuitive digital interface, this web app is perfect for scheduling in-house meetings. What’s more, Rally is completely free to use and it has all the features of a scheduling app piled into one.

HubSpot

In HubSpot, the cherry on top is that the meeting tool syncs with both the calendar and the HubSpot CRM. It further allows members to align meeting schedules by letting them access to view your availability. The free CRM tools in HubSpot include contact management, contact website activity, companies, deals, tasks & activities, company insights, and Gmail and Outlook integration.
