Getting around the Zoom web app

The Zoom application works best on a Windows or a MAC platform. The app grants access to all the features of Zoom, depending on the selected plan. Although to join a meeting, logging in or downloading the app is not necessary, Zoom suggests its users install the application for a better experience.

The application can be downloaded from the Download Center and installed hassle-free for both Windows and MAC. On installing and logging into the account, one can hold group meetings, change virtual backgrounds, record and store video, share screen, and many more.

Although the application introduces a plethora of new features, scheduling and conducting a meeting can be done without one as well. The web portal in Zoom’s web page also allows users to join and hold conferences from their PC or MAC.
