Everything You Need To Get Zoom Running

Apps With Webinar Features

Although the Webinar feature was a unique feature added in Zoom’s platform after recognizing the need for an alternate solution to in-house seminars, many followed in its footsteps. Zoom’s competitors such as Webex, GoToMeeting, Zoho, and several others have incorporated these features and many more in their application as well. Some of the alternate solutions to seek out in case Zoom did not suit your case are listed below.

GoToMeeting

GoToMeeting is an acceptable alternative to Zoom webinars although it is not as scalable as Zoom. The GoToWebinar comes in three plans, a Professional, a Business, and an Enterprise plan and can scale up to 2000 participants.

Zoho Meeting

Zoho meetings have a free edition, a meeting edition, a Webinar-25, and a Webinar-50 plan with the maximum number of attendees being 10, 100, 25, and 50, respectively. If you are looking for cheap webinar solutions for a smaller online gathering, you might consider Zoho on your list.

Webex

Cisco Webex is the right fit if your webinar problems involve adding a large number of invitees. Webex allows up to 3000 attendees with Webex Events, while Webex Webcasting allows up to 100,000 attendees to view your presentation.

Demio

Demio has three plans for its users, a starter for 34$ per month allowing 50 attendees, a Growth Plan for 69$ per month permitting 150 attendees, and a Business plan for 163$ per month scaling up to fit 500 attendees. However, they only bill annually for all their users.

WebinarJam
