          Calendly is restrictive in analytics; for instance, I can't easily see how many people clicked to schedule an event, but didn't follow through.
          We have detailed email analytics sent in through mails so that you can optimise the time spends per vertical.
          The ability to figure how exactly where and how to adjust all of the setup preferences is a little quirky. Some of the settings are "hidden" as sub-sections under other preference pages.
          There is just one settings tab, and does it all the magic.

          The initial set up can be a little confusing.

          They came out with an app recently. Sadly, its complete garbage.

          They introduced a fee to pay, I always have stuck to the free version which has been great for me. I had been looking for other calendly alternative. I wish you were able to book in multiple time durations and not have it split up, also I wish that you could integrate it with more platforms such as Wordpress.

          One thing I dislike is that it does create the event as if I created it, so the user can not cancel it. Sometimes the other person cancels the event but the event still appears us available in my calendar. Looking for other calendly alternative.

          " I do not like that the same customers can use old links. I have submitted numerous request to create an expiring link feature but that is a no go with them. If another software with similar design is out there that can do this we would probably switch

          "The free version limits you to one calendar connection. I can't use my outlook calendar and my google calendar so users have to be careful that their main calendar is up-to-date with any other calendar they are using.
