          Lots of bugs over time while booking an appointment or especially when changing currenty booked appointment.
          The techies who designed the software have had over 15+ years of experience architecting and designing.

          There are many cons: - no native multi-language support (e.g. emails can't be configured for different languages) - rental products with open timings (means the customer can enter the start and end time) are basically unmanageable. "
